台州土地可持续利用中的问题与对策

摘　　要：土地资源的可持续利用,是实现社会、经济可持续发展的基本要求。本文以台州市为案例,在分析台州目前土地利用现状的基础上,指出目前土地资源利用存在的问题,并提出台州土地可持续利用的对策及对土地资源可持续利用的思考,其关键在于相关理论运用到土地利用实践中。Sustainable utilization of the soil resources is a basic requirement of realizing the sustainable development of society and economy. Taking Taizhou city as an example, based on analyzing the current land utilization situation in Taizhou city, the authors point out the problem in the using of the soil resources ,and put forward measures for solving the problems. At last idea about the sustainable utilization of the soil resources is given.
