摘 要:对小麦根际土壤磷酸酶活性和有机磷的分组测定结果表明,根际土壤中性磷酸酶活性及碱性磷酸酶活性比非根际分别提高3~5.7mgkg-1和0~4.5mgkg-1;而有机磷总量发生了亏缺现象,其亏缺量为29.90~62.29mgkg-1,亏缺量与根际土壤中性和碱性磷酸酶活性呈显著正相关(r=0.8670,0.9326)。土壤磷酸酶活性及有机磷总量随着有机肥施用量的增加而增加。中性磷酸酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性,均与有效磷、有机磷总量、有机磷组分中的活性、中活性和中稳性有机磷有显著的相关关系。The results of measurement of phosphatase activity and fraction of organic phosphorus in wheat rhizophere showed that the neutral and alkaline phosphatases in rhizosphere were higher than the ones in non rhizosphere,with an increase of 3 ̄5.7 mg·kg -1 and 0 ̄4.5 mg·kg -1 ,respectively.However,the change of organic phosphorus was contrary to the results of phosphatases,and the depletion of organic phosphorus appeared in the rhizosphere.The amount of depletion ranged from 29.90 to 62.29 mg·kg -1 and correlated significantly with both the soil neutral and alkaline phosphatases.The soil phosphatase and organic phosphorus increased with the application of manure.And there was a close correlation between the activities of either neutral phosphatase or the alkaline phosphatase and the amount of available phosphorus,organic phosphorus,labile organic phosphorus,moderately labile organic phosphorus and moderately resistant organic phosphorus.
