高钙日粮对蛋锰及子代出壳雏体内锰含量的影响

摘　　要：在蛋用鸡基础日粮中添加不同水平的钙，研究了高钙日粮对其蛋锰及子代出壳雏血锰和多数组织锰含量的影响。结果表明，随日粮钙水平提高，蛋锰及子代出壳雏血锰含量和多数组织锰含量影响降低（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．０５）。Thirty day old layer chickens were divided randomly into Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups each of 10 chickens, which were fed on ration supplemented with 0.72%, 3% and 6% calcium (as AR CaCO 3), respectively. The manganese concentrations in eggs, blood and most tissues in newly hatched chickens were decreased by feeding high level calcium ration (P<0.01 or 0.05), but no gross malformation was observed in embryos and newly hatched chickens.
