高炉使用小块焦的实践

摘　　要：本文总结了武钢高炉在烧结矿中掺人小块焦混装工艺所取得的效果。试验和推广此工艺表明:使用小块焦应坚持量、净、匀、准;以量定时的漏料方法在一定程度上能达到净、匀、准的要求。目前,小块焦用量已达到43.5kg/t,对炉况无不良影响。This paper summarizes the blast furnace at Wuhan Iron and Steel Co.with sinter coke bre-eze mix charging(SCMC).The experimental results show that accurate weighing,good screening,even size and fixed-batch weight time charging schedule must be maintained during SCMC opera-tion.Now,the amount of coke breeze used has been increased to 43.5 kg/t without any effect onBF operation.
