摘 要:为了评估野鸟在禽流感流行病学中的作用,于2004年4月-2005年6月间对上海地区捕捉到的63个品种的1 010只野鸟进行了血样和喉肛棉拭样品的采集。采用病毒分离试验和荧光RT-PCR试验对喉肛棉拭样品进行了病原学检测,结果均为阴性;采用HA和HI试验进行了禽流感血清抗体的检测,结果在15种野鸟的587份血样中检出了44份AIV阳性抗体,其中H1阳性数3份,阳性率为0.51%;H3阳性数4份,阳性率为0.68%;H5阳性数11份,阳性率为1.87%;H9阳性数26份,阳性率为4.43%。To evalute the role of wild birds in the transmission of avian influenza virus,total 1010 sera and tracheal and cloacal swabs were collected from 63 species of wild birds captured in Shanghai, from April 2004 to June 2005. Virus isolation and real-time RT-PCR were performed, no viruses were isolated and no sequences detected. However,antibodies to a range of AIV subtypes were detected in sera used by HA and HI tests. Tests yielded the 44/587 seropositive samples, 15 species from 63 species. Samples were found with antibodies to H1, H3, H5 and H9 subtypes of AIV. The seroprevalence to H1/H3/H5/H7/H9 subtypes of AIV were 0.51 %, 0.68 %, 1.87 %, 0 %and 4. 43 %, respectively.
