摘　　要：[目的]评价全国参加尿碘实验室外质控网络实验室的检测能力。[方法]采用“Z”评分法评价尿碘检测结果。[结果]参加考核的31个省级尿碘实验室全部反馈了质控结果并全部合格;地市级尿碘实验室反馈率为97.9%,合格率92.4%。[结论]通过几年全国实验室网络的运行和持续的技术培训,各级实验室的检测能力均有明显提高。[Objective] To assess the testing ability of urine iodine in laboratory for national external quality control. [Methods] Urine iodine testing results was evaluated with ＂Z＂ scores method. [Results] Feedback rate and qualified rate were 100% in all 31 provincial urine laboratories,and was 97.9 % and 92. 4 % respectively in laboratories at prefecture levels. [Conclusions] The testing ability at different level laboratories has been significantly improved through national laboratory network operation and sustained technical training.
