摘 要:本文通过钢包加盖吹氩并采用合理渣系处理轴承钢的试验证实了该工艺是提高轴承钢质量的一种有效方法,使轴承钢∑(O)降到15ppm 左右;利用逐步回归方法论证精炼工艺参数对钢中氧的影响关系,为提供合理的工艺参数找出依据。用数学模型解析了大生产试验条件下难以确定的单因素(工艺参数)对钢中氧含量的影响关系,并探讨了合适的工艺参数范围。In order to investigate deoxidation behavior,a pilot treatment of ball-bearing steel with rea-sonable slag systems in a covered ladle by argon blowing has been carried out.It is proved thatthis treatment is an effective method of improving ball-bearing steel with total oxygen contentin steel being lowered to 15 ppm.The influence of refining parameters on oxygen content in steelis also discussed with stepwise regression,and scientific basis for reasonable processing parame-ters is provided.In order to know how the single factor(processing parameter),which is diffic-ult to determine,affects the oxygen content in steel on the test of large scale production,amathematical simulation method is used to build a metallurgical model and to study the properrange of processing parameters.
