摘  要:工业燃烧过程中,燃烧器起着极其重要的作用,开发先进的燃烧装置,对提高能源利用率以及环境保护有重大意义。介绍一种新型燃气燃烧器的结构特点,并通过实验研究,分析了其燃烧性能。结果表明,该燃烧器性能稳定,燃料基本完全燃烧,烟道气中可燃性成分的含量不超过60×10-6,炉膛内温度分布相对均匀,温度偏差不超过30℃,满足高效燃烧的要求;烟气中NOx的含量平均不超过60×10-6,远远低于国家NOx排放标准的要求。Burner plays very important role in the combustion process of the industrial furnace. It is necessary to develop advanced combustors to raise the utilization of energy sources and control pollution. In this paper, a new type gas fired burner is introduced and a series of experiments are carried out to analyze its combustion performance. Results show that the flame of the new type burner is steady, and the fuel is almost bum completely in that the content of inflammable composition is no more than 60 ppm in the exhaust gas. The temperature distribution in the experimental furnace is uniformity with furnace temperature deviation being less than 30 ℃, which can satisfy the requirement of high efficiency. The NOx in the flue is no more than 60 ppm, which is lower than that of national NOx exhaustion standard.
