注气法扩张技术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨注气法扩张技术在扩张器手术中的应用。方法在扩张器置入术中先使用注气法扩张技术,并与传统扩张器置入方法对比并发症发生率的大小。结果术中使用注气法扩张技术对102例患者进行皮肤软组织扩张术。应用手术中注气法扩张技术使扩张器术后出现需要处理的并发症,包括感染、血肿、外露和不扩张等明显减少。结论手术中注气法扩张技术可更好地完成借助于扩张器的手术。Objective To introduce the air-inflating technique and operative procedure in tissue expanders placing operation. Methods Since September 2002 intraoperative injecting air expansion technique had been applied in 102 cases of skin soft-tissue defects on their face, chest, forearm and back after resection of scar and nevus. Incidence of complications was compared with the traditional methods in tissue expander operation. Results The satisfactory results have been achieved in this study. With the proper calculating the size of the defect and using intraoperative injecting air expansion technique, complications, including infection, heamatoma, exposure and incomplate expansion, were significantly decreased. Conelusions This technique is feasible in clinical applications in tissue expanders placing operation.
