摘　　要：目的:了解三级医院护士生理健康状况,分析生理健康问题的分布特征,探讨影响因素,为提高护理人力资源管理效应提供依据。方法:调查315名在岗护理人员生理健康资料,按不同年龄组归纳,分析婚育情况,各系统常见慢性病患病率、分布特征及排序,不同年龄段常见慢性病患病率及构成比等。结果:各系统常见慢性病患病率排序前3位依次是:消化系统(44.76%)、肌肉骨骼系统(37.46%)、精神系统疾病(28.89%)。常见慢性病及影响生理健康问题排序前3位依次是:不良妊娠人工流产、睡眠障碍、慢性胃炎。结论:护士职业的特殊性对生理健康有很大影响,管理层应加大护士职业防护的支持度,护理人员应注意自身的调适,预防和减少慢性病和影响健康的问题发生。Objectives： To find out the physical health status of nurses in Class-Ⅲ hospitals and analyze the main factors. To provide scientific evidence to improve the effect of nursing human resource management. Method： Analyzing the physical health status of 315 nurses by different age groups, marriage status, etc. Results： The top 3 chronic diseases among these nurses were digestion system diseases （44.76%）, skeleton-muscle system diseases （37.46%）, and mental diseases （28.89%）. The most important 3 health problems were： induced abortion, sleeping disorder, and chronic gastritis. Conclusion： The special occupation has great influence on the physical health of nurses. The nurse managers should give more support to the occupational protection of nurses. The nurses should pay more attention to the self-adaptation to prevent and decrease the morbidity rate of chronic diseases and other health problems.
