摘　　要：《中华人民共和国水文条例》的出台对规范黄河水文工作、促进水文事业的健康发展,充分发挥水文工作在国民经济和构建和谐社会中的重要作用将产生深远的影响。要以贯彻落实《水文条例》为契机,深入学习,明晰黄河水文发展新思路,建立健全配套的法规制度,积极开展水文站共建共管工作,充分发挥水文行业优势,为流域经济社会建设提供服务。The promulgation of Regulations of Hydrology of the P. R. China has far-reaching impact on the standardization of hydrological activities, healthy development of hydrological sector and maximizing role of hydrology in the national economy and harmonious society establishment. It is suggested to take the advantage of Regulations of Hydrology and work out strategy for hydrological development, complete legal system and increase input to the construction of hydrological stations and make full play of hydrological services to the economic and social development of the basin.
