摘　　要：《中华人民共和国水文条例》于2007年6月1日起正式施行,这是水文事业发展的一个重要里程碑。结合广西水文事业发展实际情况,提出了贯彻实施《水文条例》的发展思路、目标和做法,全面推进广西水文事业又好又快地发展。Regulations on Hydrology of the People＇s Republic of China became effective on June 1, 2007, which becomes a milestone in hydrological development. In line with the actual conditions of hydrological development in Gaungxi, goals and development target are proposed in accordance with the regulations, so as to promote fast development of hydrology in the province.
