摘　　要：针对珠江河口泄洪存在的新问题和经济社会发展的新要求,提出的泄洪整治规划基本思路是全面提高口门的泄洪能力,适度调整网河分流比,降低泄洪水位,减轻网河区腹部高风险区的防洪压力,不断改善河道生态与环境和主要内涝区的排水条件。珠江河口泄洪整治总体布局是巩固磨刀门在分泄流域洪水中的主导地位,维持鸡啼门、虎跳门的排洪能力,适度加强洪奇门的排洪作用,适当调整横门、蕉门口主支汊的分流比,维持东、西潮汐通道的现状承泄洪水功能。In order to solve problems with flood discharge in the estuary of the Pearl River and meet the new requirements laid by economic and social development, basic thoughts on the plan of flood discharge regulation is proposed, i.e. to upgrade flood discharge capacity of outlet, make adjustment of distributaries in river network, lower flood discharge level, alleviate pressure of flood in high-risk hidden land, recovery ecology and environment of the river course and improve drainage conditions of main flooding areas. The general layout of flood discharge in estuary of the Pearl River is to reinforce the leading role of Modao Gate in the by-pass river basins, and sustain the flood discharge capacity of Hutiao Gate, strengthen Hongqi Gate and reduce discharge in river branches of Heng Gate and Jiao Gate and sustain the present flood discharge functions of east and west tidal passage channels.
