摘 要:本文在生产条件下用钢包吹氮代氩对 GCr15轴承钢进行了精炼,并对其中3炉不同含氮量(61,88和110ppm)的精炼轴承钢进行了研究和力学性能试验。结果表明:钢包吹氮可以达到与吹氩相同的精炼效果,吸氮量,平均增加约40%。力学性能试验结果表明:随含氮量增加,改善了额定接触疲劳寿命。较高的含氮量对提高平面应变断裂韧性是有益的。不同含氮量的轴承钢,其耐磨抗力相当。从精炼效果、力学性能的改善和成本的降低来看,可以认为钢包吹氮代氩精炼GCr15轴承钢是可行的。In this paPer,nitrogen injection in ladle to refine GCr15 bearing steel under production condi-tion has been investigated.The mechanical properties of three heats of GCr15 steel with diffe-rent(?)nitrogen contents(61,88 and 110 ppm)were examined.Results show that the refining effectsof nitrogen injection are similar to that of argon injection.Nitrogen content of steel increaseson average by 40%.Mechanical tests show that the increase of nitrogen content improves the ra-ted contact fatigue life(L_(10));higher nitrogen content are beneficial to plane strain fracture toug-hness;but wear resistances of steels with various nitrogen content are similar.Because of sati-factory purifying effects impoved mechanical properties and reduced production cost,the authorssuggest that nitrogen injection instead of argon is feasibly used to refine GCr15 bearing steel inladle.
