摘　　要：急性血吸虫病个案病例的地域归属至少有3种情况,即以患者的感染地、报告地或现住址地进行归属,经过对3种归属的比较讨论,从疫情处理的角度,笔者认为以现住址地进行归属比较适宜。The regional ascription of the acute schistosomiasis report case has at least there ways. That is the place where the case was infected or the place where the one was reported or the case＇ now dwelling place. We compared the three conditions from the angle of dealing the epidemic situation and we felt it＇s suitable to ascribe the case in the now dwelling place.
