摘　　要：目的探讨活动期系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血小板活化状态及其微血管血栓形成的病理过程。方法应用流式细胞术(FCM)直接荧光标记法检测本院活动期SLE患者26例及30例对照者CD 62p、血小板-单核细胞聚合体(PMA)的表达情况,并对结果进行比较。结果活动期SLE患者CD 62p的表达为9．60±1．14%、血小板-单核细胞聚合体PMA的表达为15．32±1．24%。正常对照组CD 62p的表达为2．11±0．56%,PMA的表达为5．90±1．5%。SLE活动期患者与正常对照组血小板CD 62p、PMA的表达有显著差异(P＜0．05)。结论血小板CD 62p、PMA在SLE活动期患者中的表达增高并可作为监控SLE活动期患者高凝状态及抗血栓的治疗的实验依据。Objective To measure the expressions of platelet membrane protein CD 62p and plateletmonocyte aggregate （PMA） in patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） and explore its significance in the thrombotic state of SLE. Methods The levels of platelet membrane protein CD 62p and PMA in 26 patients with active SLE and 30 normal persons were measured by flow cytometry and thereafter the results measured were compared in this study. Results The levels of CD 62p and PMA in the group of patients with active SLE were 9.60 ± 1.14% and 15.32 ± 1.24%. The levels of CD 62p and PMA in the group of normal persons were 2.11 ± 0.56% and 5.90 ± 1.5%. There were significant differences about CD 62p and PMA between the group of patients with active SLE and the normal control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The levels of CD 62p and PMA in the group of patients with active SLE were increased and can be used to explain thrombotic state of SLE and therapeutic significances.
