摘　　要：In 33 patients with adult primarynephrotic syndrome (APNS), the functionsof renal tubular enrichment and dilution,urine acidification and urinary β2-MG weredetected. The results showed that the rateof renal tubular insufficiency was 33％inAPNS, the renal tubular damage was worsein type Ⅱ than in type Ⅰ. the level of β2MG in type Ⅱ was significantly higher thanthat in type Ⅰ (P＜0.01) and between thetwo types the urinal concentrations of TAand NH4+ showed significant difference (P＜0.05) but that of HCO3 showed no signifi-cant difference (P＜0. 05 ).
