摘　　要：业务本体是业务概念模型的形式化描述,对构建可重用的业务模型具有重要的价值。分析了现有本体开发方法对业务本体开发与描述的局限性,提出了面向活动的业务本体开发方法,阐述了基于UM-OCL的业务本体描述方法。Business ontology is formal representation of business conceptual model and it has significant value in developing reusable business model. This paper analyzed the limitation of exiting ontology development and representation method, and then put forward the activity-oriented business ontology development method and expatiated the business ontology representation method based on UML-OCL.
