摘　　要：不良金融债权在我国几乎成为金融改革成败的重要内容。本文运用博弈论方法,对金融债权保护中双方的关系进行了分析,揭示了单纯运用一种或某种方法进行保护已难以奏效,需要考虑系统的方法,进而提出相关政策建议。The bad ,financial creditor＇s right almost becomes important contents of the financial reform success or failure in our country. The paper makes use of the game theory method on analysis of financial creditor＇s right protection the both parties＂ relation, think of making use of the simplicity or a certain method to carry on protect already hard show results, need to consider the method of the system, then put forward the related policy suggestion.
