摘  要:探讨精梳植针锡林针号排列对精梳条质量的影响。采用了植针锡林不同针号、不同排列的两种方案,在精梳机上进行试验。结果表明:对于传统A201系列精梳机来说,植针锡林精梳条质量优于整体锡林;植针锡林梳理隔距最紧点处增大针号及降低齿针高度,可减少出现弯针、断针及纵向并针的现象,提高梳理效果。To discuss the influence of needle count arrangement of combed needling cylinder on combing sliver quality, two plans of different needle count of needling cylinder and different arrangement were adopted, and test was done in comber, The test shows that combing sliver quality is better than that of whole cylinder for A201 series comber, Increasing needle count and reducing needle height in the tightest point of carding gauge of needling cylinder can reduce bendy needle, broken needle and longitudinal re-needling, and enhance carding effect.
