摘　　要：为保证两种Tencel纤维混纺织物的产品质量,分析了A-100型和G-100型两种Tencel纤维的性能,根据纤维特性对其织造生产工艺进行了优化,认为浆纱工序是关键,应合理选择浆料配方;织造工序应重点解决断边和边撑疵两大疵点,才能保证下机一等品率达到80%,入库一等品率达到99.2%。To guarantee product quality of two kinds of Tencel fiber blended fabric, property of A-100 Tencel and G-100 Tencel were analyzed, weaving processing was optimized according to the fiber properties, the practice shows that sizing process is the key point, size formula should be adopted reasonably, two defects of broken selvage and temple de- fects should be resolved in weaving process to guarantee first grade percentage before cloth repairing reach 80% and fist grade percentage put in store reach 99, 2%.
