摘　　要：高星级酒店智能化建设是提高酒店档次、提供舒适服务,提高管理效率的重要手段和工具,本文从智能化的面向对象入手,从客人的感受,管理人员的工作职责和酒店的环境要求等方面介绍了智能化系统的作用和建设要点。Construction of intellectualized system for Five Starred Hotels is the important method and Iool of enhancing the hotel scale providing the comfortable service ,improving the management efficiency .From visitor＇s feeling ,administrative personnel＇s work responsibility and hotel environment request and so on ,this article introduces its function and consturction point of intellectualized system.
