摘  要:对3种低热值煤层气燃烧器进行了全尺寸的三维燃烧数值模拟,比较了热态下不同燃烧器出口的流动和燃烧特性。结果表明:部分预混燃烧器射流刚性好,中心回流区逆向速度最大,主流直径最小,燃烧温度最高,且高温区域分布广。进一步研究了喷口型式对部分预混燃烧器燃烧效率的影响,得出了该燃烧器的最佳喷口形式。Three kinds of burners, for coal-bed gas of low calorific value, were numerically full scale 3-dimensionally simulated, and their hot state flow, as well as combustion particularities at the exit of different kinds of burner's, compared with one-another. Results indicate, that the jet flow appears to be well consolidated in part-premixing burners, with the highest revering velocity in the backflow region, the smallest mainflow diameter, and with an extended high temperature zone. According to further reseach on the influence of jet spout type option, on the combustion efficieny of part-premixing burners, an optimal nozzle shape for these burners was found.
