摘  要:以-2℃为对照分别对二年生狭叶四照花苗在-8℃、-15℃进行24 h、48 h和72 h处理,测定其可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性.结果表明:在-8℃48 h处理下植株轻微冻害,在-8℃72 h、-15℃48 h、-15℃72 h处理下植株大部分或全部冻死.可溶性糖、MDA含量和POD活性在各处理下均有升高,MDA在-15℃48 h最高.狭叶四照花具有一定的抗寒能力.The freezing effects on Dendrobenthamia angustata two -year- old seedling at different low temperature and different time were observed. At the same time, the contents of soluble sugar and MDA, POD activity were determined. Results showed that under the condition of -8℃ for the duration of 48 hours, the Dendrobenthamia angustata two - year old seedling encountered slight freezing; the great majority of the seedlings withered owing to freezing at -8℃ for the duration 72 hours and at -15℃ for 48 or 72 hours. The contents of soluble sugar, MDA and POD activity had rose after each treatments,MDA contents reached the tiptop at - 15℃ for the duration 48 hours. Dend robenthamia angustata had some cold -resistance ability.
