摘　　要：介绍了我国硅钢生产消费现状及发展趋势，对国内外冷轧硅钢生产新技术做了简要阐述，并对首钢发展冷轧硅钢提出建议。The current production and consumption status, and development trend of the electrical steels in China are introduced in this article. Besides, the worldwide advanced production techniques of cold-rolled electrical steels are also introduced, with some suggestions put forward for Shougang in developing cold-rolled electrical steels.
