摘　　要：利用MSC．Marc软件建立蓄热式加热炉内板坯三维温度场有限元计算模型。结合首钢中厚板轧钢厂加热炉实际生产情况，模拟计算板坯加热过程中温度场的情况。根据板坯温度“黑匣子”试验结果，验证了模型计算结果的准确性，为研究加热工艺对板坯温度场影响、优化板坯加热温度制度提供了科学依据。A FEM （Finite element method） model, which can numerically simulate the temperature field of the slab in regenerative steel-rolling heating furnace in three-dimension, is developed in use of software MSC. Marc based on the onsite practice of the heating furnace in Beijing Plate Steel Plant. According to the result of ＂ Black Box＂ experiment, the precision of simulation result of the model is approved. It provides the scientific foundation for doing research on the influence of the heating process on the temperature field of slab and optimizing the slab heating operation.
