摘 要:本文设计了不同钛含量及合金化当量的含有中、低氮的20MnVB 钢,研究了有效钛含量与预先热处理和热轧工艺参数对低、中氮20MnB 钢奥氏体晶粒粗化温度的影响,探讨了Ti-V 对提高低、中氮渗碳钢奥氏体晶粒粗化温度的综合作用,确定了有效钛含量,提出适合平炉和转炉冶炼和高温渗碳的加钛低、中氮20MnVB 钢的适宜化学成分。20MnVB steels containing medium or low nitrogen and with different amount of titaniumand alloying equivalent have been designed.The influences of effective titanium content,pre-heat treatment and technical parameters of thermomechanical treatment on the austenite grain co-arsening temperature of low and medium nitrogen containing 20MnVB steels were studied.Themechanism of combined effect of Ti-V on the elevation of the austenite grain coarsening tempera-ture was investigated and the appropriate effective titanium amount and the titanium contentfor the low and medium nitrogen bearing 20MnVB steels with elevated austenite grain coarsen-ing temperature were determined.The appropriate chemical composition of low and medium nitro-gen bearing 20MnVB with titanium addition suitable for converter and open-hearth processesand for high temperature cementation are put forward in this paper.
