摘　　要：目的探讨球形幽门螺杆菌的研究进展;方法与结果回顾文献,从球形幽门螺杆菌的一般概况、致病性、其毒力基因以及可能的球变机制几个方面进行综述。结论球形幽门螺杆菌可能为幽门螺杆菌生活周期中的一种形式,可与螺旋状幽门螺杆菌表达相同的毒力因子,故临床应对球形幽门螺杆菌的诊断与治疗引起重视。Objective To explore the research progress of coccoid H. pylori. Methods and Results To review the literatures, and summarize the contents from the overview, pathogenicity, virulent genes and possible mechanisms of coccoid conversion in H. pylori. Conclusion Coccoid H. pylori may be a stage of its life cycle, which expresses the identical virulence factors compare to helical H. pylori. So the diagnosis and therapy of coccoid Hpylori should be stress in clinic.
