复方柳菊片治疗肺结核144例的临床护理观察

摘　　要：目的研究复方柳菊片的应用价值。方法使用复方柳菊片加化疗(验证组)与单纯化疗(对照组)对288例活动性肺结核患者进行临床观察护理。结果验证组患者的痰菌阴转率、病灶有效率及症状改善情况均高于对照组(P值〈0.05〉)。结论复方柳菊片配合化疗治疗活动性肺结核起到非常重要的辅助作用,避免了单纯化疗所引起的一系列副反应。Objective To study the applied value of the “liu ju pian” compound preparation. Methods We eared for 288 patients suffering from TB. They had been treated by “liu ju pian” compound preparation besides ehems（EG） and simple ehems（CG） respectively. Result The rate of negative in the sputum, the rate of effective and the improvement of the symptoms in EG are higher than those in CG（P〈0.05）. Conclusions In the treatment of TB,the “liu ju pian ” compound preparation plays an very important subsidiary role. Many
