摘　　要：目的总结了被犬咬伤患者在接种狂犬病疫苗前存在的四个问题。方法逐一探讨了问题存在的原因及不合理性。结果与结论对被犬咬伤患者,应结合临床实际,按暴露程度接种狂犬病疫苗,对暴露程度为轻度的患者采取观察健康犬10天的防制手段。Objective the paper summed up the four questions about the patients bitten by dogs before vaccinated against rabies, Methods Discussed the reason of the existence of the problem and the unreasonable. Conclusion combined with Clinical practice, determined to vaccinate against rabies according to the degree of the exposure, and adopt the control means of observing the dog for 10-day to the patients exposed mild.
