摘　　要：作为一种信息传播活动,科技期刊的编辑出版具有显著的传播学特征。科技期刊出版过程中的传播者包括科技论文的作者、期刊编辑群体、期刊编辑部或杂志社等;科技信息是科技期刊的主要传播内容,科技期刊是科技信息传播的主渠道之一;科技论文作者在科技传播活动中扮演着传播者和受众的双重角色;科技期刊的学术影响日益扩展。在科技信息的采编、审读、刊发等各个环节上,科技期刊编辑主体具有“守门人”功能,编辑取舍稿件的决断就是最值得关注的“守门”行为。随着科学技术的发展和进步,科技期刊的出版形态由纸质印刷向数字化电子出版物不断演进,这个过程是计算机领域的数字技术向科技信息传播领域全面推进的过程,是科技信息传播的技术手段以数字制式全面替代传统模拟制式的转变过程。在学术评价中,“期刊级别”和“核心期刊热”等现象影响着科技期刊的媒介威望,作为学术传媒的科技期刊必须摒弃偏见,打造特色,发挥优势,树立良好的媒介威望。As an information dissemination activity, the compilation have significant communicative characteristics. The promoters of the nals include the authors of scientific papers, journal editors, and publication of scientific and technical journals process in publishing scientific and technical jourjournal editorial or other periodicals agencies; Scientific and technical information is the main communicative content of scientific and technical journals, which is also one of the main channel for the dissemination of scientific and technical information;The authors of scientific papers play a dual role in scientific dissemination activities, for they are not only the promoters but also the audience;The academic influence of scientific and technical journals is expanding. Scientific and technical journal editors function as a gatekeeper in aspects such as editing, reading and publishing the science and technology information. Editors＇decision is of ＂gatekeeping＂ behavior. Along with the development and progress of science and technology, the publishing of scientific and technical journals has evolved from the paper printed form to the digital electronic publications. It is a process in which the digital technology is fully employed in the field of scientific and technological information dissemination. And it is also an evolution process in which digital technology means of scientific and technical transmission replaces the traditional analog modulation. In the academic assessment, The＂ Journal gradation＂ and ＂Core journal＂ crazes affect the media prestige of scientific and technical journals. As academic media, the scientific and technical journals must discard prejudices, build up characteristics, give play to its advantages and establish a good reputation in the media.
