摘　　要：目的:掌握我院住院哮喘儿童治疗用药现状。方法:对我院2004～2005年118例儿童哮喘住院病人用药进行分析。结果:118例息性发作期患儿81例吸入速效β_2受体激动剂,109例给予吸入激素,对57例重度患儿给予全身激素平喘,97例患儿给予抗感染治疗。结论:我院哮喘治疗基本遵循了全球哮喘防治创议方案中关于哮喘息性发作的处理原则,但在一定程度上存在抗生素的不合理应用。Objective：To analyze the present situation of drugs used in child inpatients with asthma in our hospital, Methods： A statistic analysis of the drugs used in 118 child inpatients with asthma during 2004 - 2005 period was made. Results： we treated 81 children with inhaled fast-acting β2 reseptor agonist and gave 109 children inhaled corticosteroids （ICS） to control acute exacerbation of asthma, and used the general glucocorticoid to control symptoms in 57 severe asthmatic children. Antibiotics were used in 97 children. Conclusions： Our hospital followed the principles of GINA （Global Initiative for Asthma） to treat acute exacerbation of asthma, but the irrational use of antibiotics still more or less existed.
