摘  要:结合煤矿生产的特点和要求,文章设计了一种基于PIC18F248的CAN总线与RS485总线之间的互连网关,并给出了设计原理及网关的软、硬件具体实现方案。该网关采用低功耗设计,具有可靠性高、结构简单、成本低、实时性好等特点,非常适用于煤矿井下。Considering the specialty and requirement of mining production, this paper designed an interlinkage gateway between CAN Bus and RS485 Bus with PIC18F248 single-chip microcomputer, and gave the design principle and implementing schemes of software and hardware of the gateway. The gateway was designed to be low-power-consumed, so it is very suitable for coal mine due to its high reliability, simple structure, low cost and good real-time quality.
