摘 要:本文以探索板厚板形综合调节方式为出发点,研制出一种新型的四辊轧机—DC 轧机(Deviating and Crossing Work-Rolls Mill)。该轧机是靠工作辊的偏移(Deviating)和交叉(Cro-ssing)来实现板厚板形综合调节的。该轧机具有板厚板形综合调节能力强;调节精度高;可由一个执行机构、一套调节系统同时实现板厚板形两种调节;而且调节系统所受负载小等优点。作者研制出一台300mm 可逆式 DC 轧机,并以现代化的手段对该轧机的各种性能做了综合试验。同时,通过对轧制变形区的三维弹塑性解析和 DC 轧机辊系变形的计算,从理论上分析了该轧机的板厚板形综合控制功能。从而为这种轧机的实际应用奠定了基础。In order to seek the way to realize combined gauge and shape control,a new type 4-h mill-DC mill was developed.In this new 4-h mill,the combined gauge and shape control is accomp-lished by work rolls' deviating and crossing,This new mill has several advantages,such as cap-ability of combined gauge and shape control,high accuracy of adjustment,low load on the adju-stment system.The two main parameters-gauge and shape can be simultaneousiy controled byonly one executive body and one adjusting system.The authers developed a 300 mm reversibleDC-mill and the comprehensive performance test for this mill was made with modern testingdevices.At the same time,theoretical analysis of the gauge and shape control capability of DCmill was made by means of the 3-dimensional elastic-plastic analysis of the rolling process andthe rolls' deformation calculation of DC mill.All the aforesaid work may lead to the practicalapplication of DC mill.
