摘　　要：目的：建立温胃灵胶囊的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定欧前胡素含量。结果：欧前胡素在0.0528-0.2864μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为99.53%,RSD=1.32%。结论：方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于温胃灵胶囊的质量控制。Objective ：To establish the contents of Wenweiling Capsule. Methods： HPLC was used to determine the contents of Imperatorin. Results ： Imperatorin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 0528- 0. 2864μg, r = 0.9997. The average recoverage was 99.53% , RSD = 1.32%. Conclusion ：The identification method was special. The determination method was simple, accurate, reliable, can be applied in the quality control of Wenweiling Capsule.
