银黄片中金银花提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨银黄片中金银花最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以干膏收率及金银花中绿原酸含量为指标综合评价。结果:10倍水提取2次,每次2h。结论:上述试验结果可为银黄片中金银花最佳提取确定实验依据。Objective： To study the best extraction process of Lonicera japonica Thunb from Yinhuang tablets. Methods： Orthogonal design was used to evaluate the index of the dired cream yield and the chlorogenic acid. Results： The extraction condition is 10 -fold amount of water, 2 times of extraction and 2 hours each time. Conclusion： The results could be used in the best extraction process of Lonicera japonica Thunb from Yinhuang tablets which provide experiment evidences.
