摘  要:本文介绍了在相似模型中,试验研究金属冲击加热炉内冷态流场特征的结果。在水模型上对炉内流场作了定性的流谱图象分析。在此基础上,以空气模型用热线风速仪,检测炉内流场参数变化特征,特别是冲击区和冲击面附近的流场参数变化,与喷嘴出口速度大小、喷嘴距冲击而间的距离,以及射流受浮升力的影响等。得出了若采用多个喷嘴应考虑的合适间距,强化和均匀化炉内对流传热的控制因素。为热态试验和生产试验提供了有价值的参考依据。In this paper,the character of cold state flow field impinged by metallics in heating fur-nace in a model of similarity is introduced.By use of water model,the flow pattern photographsof flow field in furnace were qualitatively analyzed.Based upon these,the changing charactersof parameters of the flow field especially impinging area and impinging face,flow rate at noz-zle outlet,distance between nozzle and impinging face and influence of floating force upon jetwere measured by hot wire anemometer (HWA).The modest distance between nozzle and imp-inging face and the control factors for strengthening and homogenizing the convective heat tran-sfer in multi-nozzle furnace were obtained.A valuable reference for hot model and industrialtests is provided.
