摘　　要：本文介绍了利用三菱FX2N系列PLC对XA6132型铣床的改造,不需要工作人员接触机床,只需要在远距离操作控制按钮面板即可。阐述了系统改造方案,同时根据铣床的控制要求和特点,确定PLC的输入、输出分配,在继电器控制线路的基础上,设计出梯形图,用GX仿真软件进行仿真,并进行现场调试。This paper describes the renovation of XA6132 milling machine with Mitsubishi FX2N PLC. And the plan ot transformation of the system is given. According to the milling machine control requirements and characteristics, it defines the PLC input and output distribution, and designs the ladder diagram on the basis of relay control circuit then debugs the system on-scene with GX simulation software.
