摘　　要：在线测试法就是通过计算机和集成电路在线测试仪对印刷电路板进行片级维修,正确运用在线片级维修法,不仅可以大大缩短机床的故障停机时间,更为重要的是,其直接或间接创造的经济效益是无法估量的。The online test is the chip maintenance of printed circuit board through computer and integrated circuit tester. Correctly utilizes the chip online testing, it can greatly reduce machine downtime fault, more importantly, direct or indirect economic benefits are incalculable.
