病灶清除联合中医辨证治疗慢性骨髓炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗慢性骨髓炎的有效新方法。方法对17例慢性骨髓炎患者,采用西医的病灶清除,全身应用敏感抗生素;中医口服祛邪扶正,补气养血益肾之中药,外用活血,祛腐生新之中药治疗。结果17例全部临床愈合。结论病灶清除联合中医辨证治疗慢性骨髓炎疗效好。Objective To investigate the new method to the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） with Western medicine. Methods A total of 17 cases of chronic osteomyelitis were treated with Western medicine （ including cleaning the focus of infection and using antibiotics to control the systematic infection）, the oral traditional Chinese drugs （ with the effects of strengthening body resistance, eliminating pathogen, supplying Qi and blood and adding function of kidney） and the externally applied traditional Chinese drug （ with the effects of invigorating blood circulation and promoting the metabolism）. Results All the 17 cases of chronic osteomyelitis were cured. Conclusion It is conspicuously effective to treat chronic osteomyelitis by the combined method of TCM with Western medicine.
