摘　　要：目的 探讨火箭兵踝关节军训伤的特点及治疗对策.方法 回顾分析344例踝关节军训伤的伤情特点、治疗方法及预后,并对疗效进行比较.结果 经6～12个月的随访复查总优良率89.5%,其中非手术治疗组总优良率89.3%,手术组总优良率 91.3%;Ⅲ型韧带扭伤采用手术治疗优良率较高.结论 火箭兵踝关节军训伤以外侧韧带扭伤多见;Ⅲ型韧带扭伤及Ⅲ型骨折易导致慢性踝关节不稳或创伤性关节炎,Ⅲ型韧带扭伤采取积极的手术治疗可大大改善预后.Objective To determine the feature and the treatment for military training ankle joint injuries in the rocket forces. Methods A total of 344 cases of military training ankle joint injuries were explored. The study involved in the feature of injury and the different ways of treatment and their curative effect. Results Through 6 - 12 months＇follow up, the total excellent and good rate was 89.5%. The excellent and good rate of the two groups treated by surgical operation and conservative treatment was 91.3% and 89.3%, respectively. The curative effect of type Ⅲ ligament sprain was better by surgical operation than by conservative treatment. Conclusion It is indicated that surgical operation treatment can consumedly improve the curative effect of type Ⅲ ligament sprain, which is related to the chronic ankle instability and trauma arthritis.
