摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜在膝关节军事训练伤早期的应用价值。方法对36例急性膝关节军事训练伤早期行关节镜检查和治疗。结果全部病例中除证实的X线诊断外,另发现损伤25例。共行镜下治疗32例,优良率90.6%。结论膝关节军事训练伤早期行关节镜检查可提高诊断水平;镜下治疗具有创伤小,并发症少,功能恢复快等优点。Objective To analyze the clinical value of early arthroscopy and its curative effect on acute knee joint injury. Methods Arthroscopic examination was performed in 36 case of acute knee joint injury resulting from military training and arthroscopic treatment were also performed. Results Besides the confirmation of X-ray＇ s diagnosis, injury was newly found in 25 of the 36 cases under arthroscopy. The excellent and good rate was 90.6% in the 32 case treated by arthroscopy. Conclusion Early arthroscopic examination can evaluate the extent of the knee joint injury completely and improve the diagnostic level. Arthroscopic treatment has such advantage as minimal injury, fewer complications, rapid function rehabilitation and good curative effect.
