摘　　要：目的应用超声引导下监视宫腔操作,评价其临床应用价值。方法对505例高危、困难的宫腔手术采用超声引导全程监视宫腔内操作。结果成功率达99.40%,未发生子宫穿孔或其他并发症。结论超声引导下实施宫腔操作使原来复杂、盲目、困难的宫腔内手术变得简单、安全、可靠。Objective To determine the clinical value of uterine cavity operation under ultrasound monitoring. Methods A total of 522 cases with high risk and difficult uterine cavitory operations were completely and successfully operated under the guidance of ultrasound monitoring. Results The success rate was 99.42% without uterine injury and other complications. Conclusion The complex, blind and difficult uterine cavity operation becomes simple, safe and effective under the guidance of ultrasound.
