摘 要:抗水剂碳酸锆铵具有适用性广、熟化快、抗水性强等突出优点,可替代有毒的抗水剂用于某些具有特殊要求的包装用纸中,是一种新型的环境友好型抗水剂;但目前国内碳酸锆铵成品中二氧化锆含量较低,稳定性较差,以至其研究和应用与国外有较大的差距.该文以提高碳酸锆铵成品中二氧化锆的含量为目标,优化合成工艺并通过选用理想的稳定剂增加其稳定性,制得的产品中二氧化锆的质量分数达到20%~22%,且具有较高的稳定性.Ammonium zirconium carbonate (AZC)was a environment-friendly cross-linker with several advantages such as extensive adaptability, rapid curing and strong water-resistance. Yet, domestic AZC product had some disadvantages such as low zirconium content and poor stability. A new technology aimed to increase the zirconium content and stability of the ammonium zirconium carbonate cross-linker was developed and optimized. Under optimum reaction conditions, the zirconium content was as high as 20% - 22% based on mass ratio. Meanwhile, the product had high stability.
