摘 要:采用混料均匀设计的方法对影响热烧结锌铝涂层性能的5个主要因素进行了研究,建立了回归方程描述涂层性能与各因素之间的关系,并借助UD5.0软件的预报功能求得最优解,通过较少的试验次数确定了各因素的最佳取值范围。采用外观评分、厚度测量、盐雾试验及线性极化曲线对优化后配方制备的涂层进行检测,结果表明,按优化后配方制备的涂层各项性能均有所提高。The main factors having significant effects on the properties of sintered zinc-aluminum coatings were quantitatively investigated using uniform mixing design method.The regression equations illustrating the relationships among the properties of the coatings and various factors were established,and the optimized solutions to those equations were obtained by making use of the prediction function of the UD 5.0 software.Moreover,the optimum ranges of values for various factors were determined based on a few experiments,and the Zn-Al coatings prepared from the optimized formulation were verified by taking into account the appearance,thickness,salt-fog corrosion resistance,and linear polarization curves.It was found that the Zn-Al sintered coating prepared from the optimal formulation had improved properties in general.
