摘 要:为全面研究钼酸盐金属氧化物薄膜的性质,在室温碱性Ca2+、Sr2+溶液中通过电化学阳极氧化制备了Sr1~xCaxMoO4多晶薄膜。采用XRD、SEM、XPS、荧光分析等测试手段,分析了薄膜的晶相结构、表面形貌、组成比及室温光致发光特性。结果表明,制备的Sr1~xCaxMoO4薄膜是四方晶相的多晶固溶体薄膜;可以通过调节溶液中Ca2+、Sr2+的组分比来控制薄膜的组分比;薄膜组分比的变化将对晶粒生长、晶格参数、薄膜表面形貌、光致发光特性等产生重要的影响。Sr1~xCaxMoO4 polycrystalline thin films were prepared from the alkaline solutions of 0.09≤CCa2+/(CCa2+ + CSr2+)≤0.91 at room temperature using electrochemical anode oxidation method.The variation in the electrode potential was studied,while the crystal phases,surface morphologies,elemental compositions,and light-induced luminescence of the as-deposited films were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the as-deposited films were composed of polycrystalline solid solution of tetragonal phase Sr1~xCaxMoO4.The elemental compositions of the Sr1~xCaxMoO4 films could be well adjusted by controlling the ratio of Ca2+ to Sr2+ in the starting solutions,while the variation in the elemental compositions of the films had a significant effect on the growth of the grains,lattice constants,film morphology,and light-induced luminescence of the as-deposited films.
