摘  要:目的:考察当归多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血大鼠的治疗效果,为当归多糖铁的开发与应用提供理论依据。方法:采用给予低铁饲料结合定期少量放血的方法建立缺铁性贫血大鼠模型,监测给药前后血红蛋白、红细胞计数、血细胞比容、全血铁等观察指标的变化。结果:各剂量当归多糖铁组(12.5,25,50 mg·kg^(-1))实验大鼠各项检测指标与阴性组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。各剂量当归多糖铁组实验大鼠各项检测指标与阳性组比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:当归多糖铁复合物具有较好的治疗缺铁性贫血作用,有望开发成为一种新型、具有双重补血作用的补铁剂。AIM: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Angelica sinensis polysaccharide-iron complex (APIC) on rats with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) . METHODS: Rats model with IDA was prepared by offering low-iron feeds combining with periodic sparing bloodletting. Changes red blood cell count, hematocrit, and iron in whole blood were determined of the index such as hemoglobin, RESULTS: There was significant difference between the changes of the indexes of the APIC groups ( 12.5, 25, 50mg·kg^-1) and those of the negative control group (P 〈 0.01) . And There was no significant difference between those of the APIC groups (of high, middle, and low dosage) and those of the positive control group (P 〉 0,05) , CONCLUSION: Angelica sinensis polysaccharide-iron complex not only has superior therapeutic efficacy on IDA, but also has the effect on enriching and harmonizing blood of the Angelica sinensis polysaccharide.
