摘　　要：目的了解某院新生乙肝病毒感染情况和变化趋势,以加强对乙肝的预防和控制。方法对1996-1999年和2004-2006年入学的7届新生HBsAg检测结果进行分析。结果新生1996-1999年HBsAg阳性率为7.91%,2004-2006年HBsAg阳性率为3.38%,阳性率差异有统计学意义。结论新生HBsAg阳性率呈下降趋势,应积极对未感染HBV者接种乙肝疫苗,防止乙肝在大学校园里传播。Objective To understand the status of HBV infection and changing trend among freshmen of a college so as to strengthen its prevention and control. Methods The results of HBsAg tests among the freshmen of a college from 1996 to 1999 and from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed. Results The positive rates of HBsAg were 7.91% from 1996 to 1999 and 3.38 % from 2004 to 2006, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The positive rate of HBsAg among freshmen of our college is decreasing. The non-infective persons should be actively inoculated with the vaccine to prevent the spreading o f HBV on college campus.
