摘  要:结合运动方程、能量方程及本构方程,建立了宾汉流体在内管作轴向运动的环空内流动和换热充分发展时的数学模型,利用因次分析法对数学模型进行了处理,并在内管恒热流、外管绝热和内管绝热、外管恒热流两种边界条件下得到了宾汉流体在环空内的速度、温度分布和管壁内、外表面的对流换热系数。结果表明,屈服应力对努塞尔数(Nu)的影响与内管的运动方向有关,并且屈服应力越小,环空内的温度分布越平缓。塑性粘度对传热的影响只有在内管运动的情况下才体现出来。内管运动方向、运动速度及边界条件的类型都对环空内的温度分布和管壁Nu产生影响。Combining the constitutive equation of Bingham fluid with the momentum equation and energy equation, the mathematical model in Bingham fluid flowing in a concentric annulus with an axially moving inner pipe was developed. With the dimensional analysis, the velocity profile, the temperature profile and the wall Nusselt number were obtained under the two boundary conditions. The results show that the smaller the yield stress is, the more gentle the temperature profile in annular is. The influence of yield stress on Nu number is concerned with movement direction of inner pipe. Only on condition that the inner pipe moves does the plastic viscosity have effect on heat transfer. The movement direction and velocity of inner pipe and the type of boundary condition have effect on the temperature profile in annular and the wall Nusseh number.
