摘　　要：介绍了基于IC卡、RS485通信和红外通信并存付费的多费率电能表设计方案。文中给出了三种通信接口并存处理方法,提供了通信的统一数据帧格式,并详细描述了对数据帧的处理程序流程图。该设计方案采取模块化,能够方便程序员快速扩充接口,以适用不同电能表用户的要求。Introduces the design for multi-rate Watt-hour meter based on the communication interface using IC card, RS485 and infrared ray. The three kinds of parallel communication interface were given. The format of uniform communication data frame was supplied, the data frame processing flow chart was described in detail. The system was made up of modularization, and the interface was easily and quickly developed, satisfying various requirement of consumer.
